DomainCachet.com is operated by DomainCachet LLC. We offer individual premium domain names and curated domain packages designed to give a business a core name, supporting domain coverage, and room to grow. These Terms describe website use and our general sales practices. We sell our domain names and domain name packages through established marketplaces such as GoDaddy.com, Afternic.com, Sedo.com, Atom.com, and others. These marketplaces handle secure payments and domain transfers.
Domain name packages and transfers
For a domain name package, the marketplace transaction covers the purchase of the primary domain. Once that sale is completed, DomainCachet will transfer the additional domains included in the package to the buyer.
Before purchasing the primary domain through a marketplace, buyers may request a written document listing every domain included in the package. DomainCachet will gladly provide this document before purchase.
We stand behind our domain name packages and are happy to provide documentation confirming the included domains and explaining the package transfer process.
Marketplace pricing and purchase options
Each domain name or domain name package’s for-sale landing page provides purchase links to established marketplaces such as GoDaddy.com, Afternic.com, Sedo.com, Atom.com, and others.
For a Buy Now purchase, the selling price is the price shown by the marketplace on the Buy it Now page. Some marketplace listings also offer a Make Offer option, allowing buyers to propose a price. For an accepted offer, the selling price is the agreed amount.

Payment and Domain Transfers
For purchases made through a marketplace, that marketplace handles the transaction. Buyers are responsible for completing the secure payment, account setup, verification, and transfer steps required by the selected marketplace selling the domain (e.g. GoDaddy.com, Afternic.com, SEDO.com, Atom.com, others).

Sales are final
All sales are final once completed through the marketplace handling the sale, such as GoDaddy.com, Afternic.com, Sedo.com, Atom.com, or others. Once the sale and transfer are complete, the buyer is responsible for the domain names, their renewal, management, and use.
What’s included in the sale
The sale includes the domain name or domain name package listed on the domain’s for-sale landing page. A domain name package includes the domains identified in that listing. One digital logo (one graphic digital image) is also included if specified on the domain’s for-sale landing page. No website is included. Website content, website code, customer data, and hosting are not included.

Our descriptions explain possible uses and the strategy behind individual names and packages. We do not provide trademark clearance or legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
Governing law
Florida law applies to DomainCachet’s terms on this page. Secure purchases and domain transfers through marketplaces such as GoDaddy.com, Afternic.com, SEDO.com, Atom.com, and others are governed by that marketplace’s terms and conditions, available on its website. Updates
We may update these Terms for future website use and transactions. Updates do not change an existing purchase agreement or apply retroactively to an earlier transaction.
